LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Winning Affidavit shall clearly state the age of the entrant and shall include a parental consent (where indicated and includes the signature of parent in the winning affidavit) if the entrant is under 18. Sole Technology, Inc. requires all minors to obtain the written permission of their parent or guardian as a condition to winning any prizes. All parental consents shall be verified at the time prizes are awarded. To be eligible to win, fill out the online entry form OR mail your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to: “etnies Spencer O Giveaway!” 25422 Trabuco Rd Ste.105, #235 Lake Forest, CA 92630-1090. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen by our panel to receive an etnies Spencer O prize pack, and two (2) Runner up winners will be chosen to each receive a pair of etnies! This contest will begin on April 7, 2008, and run until 11:59:59 p.m. PST April 30, 2008. Winners will be notified around June 15, 2008. If a potential winner does not reply to the winner notification within 48 hours of its issuance, they will be deemed ineligible. If he or she cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected, at Sole Technology's discretion, in a second chance drawing of all eligible entries received during the contest period. Any attempt at entry other than stated is void. All entries become the property of Sole Technology. The total value of all prizes awarded hereunder is approximately $200. Prizes shall not be redeemable for cash. Odds of winning are subject to number of entries. Sole Technology, Inc. reserves the right to substitute like prizes of equal or similar value. All winners will be informed via phone, mail or e-mail shortly after the close of the contest. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR WHERE PRIOR REGISTRATION OR OTHER FILINGS OR NOTICES ARE REQUIRED UNDER LAW. This promotion is not open to employees of Sole Technology, Inc. and their families. Sole Technology, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries or submissions. Winners (and their parents, if a minor) shall be required to verify certain entry information and to execute a release and consent document in favor of Sole Technology, Inc. as a prerequisite to claiming any prizes. Winners agree that their name, certain biographical information, and/or a photograph of them may be used by Sole Technology, Inc. without further compensation, in any publicity. This contest is subject to these Official Rules and any other rules at any time promulgated by Sole Technology, Inc. In the event that any provision or rule is found unenforceable by any court of appropriate jurisdiction, such provision or rule shall be severed herefrom and the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain valid and enforceable. Winners are responsible for all taxes in connection herewith. The contest rules shall be interpreted according to the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law principles. ALL SUBMISSIONS, ENTRIES, DRAWINGS AND ANY COPYRIGHTED OR COPYRIGHTABLE ARTWORK OR DESIGNS OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONTAINED THEREIN ARE AND SHALL BECOME THE SOLE PROPERTY OF SOLE TECHNOLOGY, INC. and the entrant agrees to execute such assignment or other documents as are necessary to enforce the rights of Sole Technology, Inc. granted herein without any compensation of any kind to the entrant.
